PlayLab
The participation lab of PlayBrave Collective.
A playful, inclusive space where movement, creativity, conversation and fun come together.
Each week we gather online to move, connect, explore ideas and participate more fully in our own lives.
No experience or special equipment needed. This is a guided experience you can join from wherever you are. Though it's a lot more fun if you get up and move with us.
PlayLab is your weekly invitation to get back in the game. To come home to yourself. To remember that play is one of the most powerful things you can do.
Because play is power. Joy is a frequency. And fun matters.
Every Friday • 10:30am–11:30am AEDT • Online
What happens in PlayLab?
You'll leave feeling better than when you arrived.
We move, breathe, talk, laugh and play together. Every session is guided so you never have to figure out what to do. Just show up and follow along.
Participation is always an invitation, never an obligation.
Permission to Play
PlayLab was born from the embodied understanding that play is power, joy is a frequency, and fun matters.
As a coach, yoga teacher, storyteller, photographer, adventurer and lifelong student of personal growth, I've spent years exploring what helps us feel most alive.
Again and again I return to the same things. Movement, creativity, connection, conversation, imagination and play. They build capacity. They build evidence that we are capable. They bring us back to ourselves.
When we show up and stay in the game, something shifts. Creativity returns. Curiosity wakes up. We reconnect with our sense of possibility and our ability to feel something new.
PlayLab is my invitation to explore the power of play with you.
